- Applications will not be processed until Application Fee is received
- Application fees are non-refundable and non-transferable
- $100.00 for application fees paid on or after January 1, 2022 for the 2022 - 2023 SY
- $85.00 for application fees paid before January 1, 2023 for the 2023 - 2024 SY
- $100.00 for application fees paid on or after January 1, 2023 for the 2023 - 2024 SY

4. Complete and submit supporting application documents
- Copy of applicant's birth certificate
- Recent photograph of applicant
- Hawaii Health Form 14 [Download form]
- Copy of previous school year’s complete report card and any recent standardized test results, if available.
- If applying to Grades 10 – 12, Official transcript of all high school courses.
5. Distribute Teacher Reference Reports
- For Kindergarten and 1st Grade Applicants [Download form]
- For 2nd to 5th Grade Applicants [Download form]
- For 6th to 12th Grade Applicants [Download form]
